WINDOOREX, was held as scheduled from June 2 to 5, 2024, in Riyadh, KSA, attracting a large number of domestic and international customers. HANJIANG-MAC's booth was strategically located near the main entrance, positioning it as the focal point of the entire event. The Saudi agent, UNDERCONTROL, meticulously organized the gathering of suppliers including MAC, HANJIANG, LIFENG, UNEX, and BOTTERO to provide customers with comprehensive glass deep processing solutions.
At our booth, we showcased exciting creative presentations daily, envisioning the future of smart manufacturing and demonstrating practical solutions, sparking unique interactions with our customers. During the exhibition, we engaged in high-quality discussions on various topics such as how to improve product quality through intelligent production, enhance production efficiency, effectively reduce manpower, and strengthen safety measures.
The discussions covered a wide range of topics including raw glass management, optimizing cutting machine yield, assigning unique identities to each piece of glass through QR code, improving edging quality and efficiency, increasing the loading rate of tempering furnaces, and efficient layout/batch techniques. We also explored how advanced sorting technologies can enhance the production efficiency of insulated and laminated glass, improve the quality of finished products, and increase the automation and intelligence levels of insulating glass production lines.
By sharing our production experiences from China, many customers were amazed at the advanced level of glass deep processing that China has achieved, surpassing the capabilities of many other countries. Traditionally, Saudi Arabia has been a market with a preference for European equipment. However, through this technical exchange, wealthy Saudi customers are now reconsidering their investment strategies.
Saudi Arabia is a market with great potential, yet it has somewhat lost direction due to "blind investments." We hope that HANJIANG-MAC's advanced technology and concepts can make a meaningful contribution to the Saudi and other Middle Eastern markets.
